Sandy Skoglund is one of the few artists recognized worldwide, who starting her career as a photographer, has been able to illustrate intimate contexts in a spontaneous and imaginative way, starting from everyday, rural and social ideals.
Her dream scenarios have a narrative freedom where her visualization around repetition is notorious as a way to embrace a constant idea of infinity.
Her technique includes the use of monochromatic colors or the constant alteration of these, always with different approaches in each of her compositions, a work where art, photography and performance merge.
